When someone registers for or accesses the confidential presentation, we may collect:

• Shareholder or commercial-partner status
• How the viewer was invited
• Confidentiality acceptance record
• Registration and approval status
• Unique viewer reference
• Access-code administration records
• Access dates and times
• Viewing-session activity
• IP address
• Device and browser information
• Failed access attempts
• Revocation status

We use this information to:

• Verify eligibility to access the shareholder presentation
• Review and administer access requests
• Generate and manage unique access codes
• Provide secure access to confidential information
• Create viewer-specific references and watermarks
• Prevent and investigate suspected unauthorised access or distribution

Registration information will not be used for unrelated marketing unless the individual has separately agreed to receive marketing communications.

• Video hosting services that deliver the presentation itself — registration data is not shared with the video provider

Renovare Fuels does not sell personal information. Where a third-party provider processes information outside the United Kingdom, appropriate data-protection safeguards are used.

Registration, access and security records associated with this presentation will normally be retained for 12 months, unless a longer period is reasonably required to investigate suspected misuse, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with a legal obligation.

After the applicable retention period, the information should be securely deleted or anonymised.

Renovare Fuels takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

Access to registration and viewing records is restricted to authorised administrators.

Depending on the circumstances, individuals may have the right to:
